So sad I haven't been blogging as much as I want to but sighs YA GORL IS JUST TOO BUSY NOW.

Anywho, celebrated Lizzie's 21st at an airbnb she rented in Punchbowl!! Was so weird because her fam was like pouring the shots for people and all her lil baby cousins were just running around amongst all the alcohol but yo thats how filipinos do it apparently and i love it. then went back to Niina's ofc. When we pulled out her second bed we like heckin didn't set the legs up properly so when i went to sleep on it, it collapsed and her mum the next morning thought that we broke something

Archie Bros

I have been to Archie Brothers like 3 times in the past few months?? Its fun tho so das ok. 

So yeah Bree and I were super bored on Thursday so we decided to crash the Events x Programs bonding @ Archie Brothers but we never ended up actually bonding with the Programs people cus OFC we stuck with Yiyi and Niina hehehe. We got super lit off moscato and shots holy shizzles nizzles. 

it was a good time, we played Boombayah on the DDR machine and got absolutely destroyed by the expert level. Also played bumper cars hehehe and I s2g just went a lil cray

we had a big boi sleepover at niinas with Yiyi and Bree as well hehehe. next morning, had one egg each for breakfast then headed to uni to study for a bit. didnt do much unfortunately. 

culturing white people

bree asked me if I wanted to go donate blood with her and I was like yeet why not then found out I could only donate plasma because I'd been to cambodia in the last 3 months :( anywho, still went with her cus im a 10/10 supportive friend.

took her north queenslander ass to try xiao long bao for the first time and she really liked them!!! also made her try the truffle one lelllll 

then we went to the blood donation centre where her nerve got stabbed ya yeet, and after that was done we went to watch Us. IT WAS PRETTY ENTERTAINING BUT THE ENDING WAS NOT AS SATISFYING AS GET OUT like there were still many many many loose ends sighs

Cousin bonding 

went back to Carramar then immediately trained back out to the city again with my cousinsssss. For some reason we decided on going to Carter ?? BUT IT WAS A LIKE 8/10 FUN NIGHT HAHAHAHAH no ragrats at all

Ran into Niina and Vincent in the city (not on a date) and like 3 seconds later spotted Lulu's group like hell0 basic bitches heading to Sanctuary HAHAHHAA. Had a few drinks at Star Bar literally rip my bank account these past few weeks, then rushed to Carter to make the 10 pm entrance. 

Carter was actually super super fun but SO HECKING CROWDEDDDDD. Their music I would rate like 7/10 tho just because I don't know a lot of hip hop / rap songs. Niina & Vincent joined us as well eventually.

we stayed for sososos long just dancing and drinking but then had to all catch the last train home back to Carramar. Good thing about going out with my cousins is I have people to go home with hehe.

WIESoc Exec Bonding

[Wednesday 3rd April 2019]

sOOOOoooOO Angela, Viv B, Niina and I had a litty dinner at Chicken V for our first official like drinking bonding. Angela and Viv B had never had the full drunk Korean dinner experience so Niina and I were like we gon learn you both today.

They were so shook at pressing the bell to call the waiter, the existence of Yakult flavoured soju and just genuinely clueless about Korean food? We drunk called Bree and I told her how much I appreciated her but I told her I'd only say it one time so she fucking screen recorded it??

Sleptover at Niina's and apparently we were so loud her father thought someone was vomiting HAHAHHAHAHAHAH. Reminisced a shit ton and idk but we slept very late

Games Night

Had EGM in the morning and had to uber it cus we were gonna be very late ec dee. Jemima got voted in ya yeeeeeeeeeeet. 

Had light drinks at roundhouse with my PR team. WAS FUNNNN HEHEHEHEH. Yushi & I had like 4 drinks omfg was literally getting so tipsy

FD's Bday

Got driven to uni by Phuc Nguyen himself and picked up Jo on the way. Got a free t-shirt and drink bottle from the van promoting Khalid's new album ya yeet

did my mtrn assignment for most of the day then trained to Hursy to have malatang for dinz yeet. Stephen drove us all to FD's but we were too early so we went to Mei's house instead to see her doggo that smelled like a horse.

Got a lil litty at FD's party but yo sometimes I'm just to heavyweight sighs. Was weird seeing everyone from hs together again but lol everyone has changed so much but at the same time not really. Can tell people are trying real hard to be adults. We hung out a lot with Eugene's sister Jane and I kept getting freaked out cus she looked and acted like Eugene.

Optometry Cruise

had tutoring in the morning then drove to Amy's to help make the Club Penguin costumes. Andrew was being UTTERLY USELESS OMFGGGGGGGGG spent like 2 hours cutting the circles for the bellies meanwhile I was trying to engineer the spongy things and like literally help with ANYTHING else. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAh fkn triggered just thinking about it.

BUT YO they turned out hella gooooooooooood. It was all Amy's ideas and even tho she had haters at the beginning who didn't want to spend $21 on a costume (me), it was worth it.

Cruise was alright, took ages to get lit but eventually did. No cruise is complete without a drunken conversation with a random in a bathroom. Stephen himself technically won best dressed 4th year but honestly IT WAS A COLLECTIVE EFFORT AND WE'RE GONNA BE PLAYING THE CHOO CHOO GAME FOR YEARS TO COME.

After the cruise, Stephen and I ran to Minh's airbnb cus it was her birthday. HOLY SHIZ NIZ Minh wasn't even that drunk but she asked a bunch of invasive af questions and I was just having a serious chat to Niina when Minh dropped a bombshell @ Stephen and Niina's eyes widened in shock IT WAS SO FKN FUNNY.

Had a collab day where the PR team were just like extra brainstorming heads ya yeet. Then had to go tutor and was sad. 

More uni

Tuesday is my designated WIESoc day and honestly, its fun but i'm jsut feeling v burnt out atm. gave my team their first weekly challenge lmfaooooo and honestly getting ptsd from tutoring days sometimes i feel like everyone hates me and its seriously not in my head

filmed some 50/50 clips for the "What does 50/50 mean to you?" video yeet.

studied wtih Amy, Stephen, Alanah and Hanna in the little glass room in Ainsworth. 

At exec meeting, Jemima joined us for the first time and she's sooooo friendly. She finally got to put on the fairy wings hehe. Lowkey had a bitch fight with sydney uni's women in engineering society omfg they're SOSOSOSOSO SHIT wtf

 Then stephen and I finished our assignment. I had a meeting with Yushi and Tanvi and left uni at 11pm sighs. was such a lonely sad drive home. everything is just sad all the time.

am I a real engineer??

handed in my mtrn assignment which for once in my life, I put blood sweat and actual effort into HAHAHAA. Still got some shit wrong but yo its the thought that counts.

Then did my fortnightly comp lab with Maria and again, WE DID IT BY OURSELVESSSSS and it actually worked!!!! The tutor was like maybe its not the best way to do it but yo it still works XD.

dropped by to say hi to da events team for a lil bit. Niina gave Yiyi and I thotty hoops for the lols. They actually suit me??? I'm shocked

now I'm on the train home and am a big sad

idk what to doooooooooooooooooooooooo like obviously i'm not as sad as I was this time last year but this lil sad is still not good for me and I don't want to be sad anymore yenno???? trying not to think about it too much and be grateful i have my fam and my little group of friends but still

I'm crying in the club reading my review of A Ghost Story from two years ago. I was a completely different person. They were simpler times back then. 

I am honestly losing passion for blogging because I'm so busy. Even right now I should be studying but its nice to look back and read really detailed descriptions of what happened at certain times in my life.

Tuesday

subcom meeting, exec meeting, did nothing in between HAHAHHA ceebs then sorted out some 50/50 with viv, drove niina home and then ye just dumb bitch things then went home? ?

Wednesday

woke up late, went to Quad to work on the computing lab with Maria. spent the whole day on it (what's new, mental health NOT OK doing these fucking labs).

Had a few shifts at the 50/50 stall. The one wiht Yiyi and Minh was fun lmfaooo just dicking around. Ran into Tahnee and Samwise Gamgee.

Then went to comp lab, got 7/10 for my 3 days of work (counts for only 5% ya yeet) HAHAHA then was depressed and Niina was free so we got food from Soul Burger and got ice cream from Cold Rock. Cold Rock is literally the most overpriced fkn thing EVER.

then walked back to uni and met up with Phuc & Dalz outside VSA speed friending. Phuc drove me home ya yeet.

Thursday

Got to uni super duper late and did absolutely nothing with Wesley during our FEA tute. We started doing some random guy's physics questions for the lols.

then  got food from mamak and went to elec building to study with yiyi, minh, alcuin and some of yiy's other friends on mtrn assignment and got nowhere whats new. then drove yiyi home

Friday

first real PR bonding was pretty litty heheh. We met up at uni and took the bus to circular quay together. the bus ride was like lowkey awkward so many times like there were many many awkward silences that were only broken by bree/yushi saying the most random things OMG would literally die if they weren't on the team

had dinner at Chatthai which was fucking FUNNY bree and I were just talking about ourselves and she asked me what I did outside of uni to which I replied, absolutely nothing.......... AHAHAHAHAH im so uninteresting.

then we went to bowling and like legit im actaully PRETTY GOOD!! lavanya was so bad omg she kept getting 0s until we gave her the ramp thingo.

then we spent ages convincing Yushi to stay out so we could drink when she finally agreed with realised that Tara was still under 17 SO I GUESS NOT :(

Saturday

Had WIESoc amazing race again. Was sosososo ceebs to have to run an activity because was feeling so antisocial BUT anyway, the bus to UNSW missed the UNSW stop for some reason so I had to walk 20 mins back up to Mathews Pavilion. When I got there, started setting up my M&Ms game and then Danika came and we started talking and idk she's so easy to get along with just one of those PEOPLE YENNO can't relate at all. We tried to test out whether the balloons for the balloon game were big enough by trying the challenge ourselves and scared the fuck outta ourselves by accidentally popping one lmfaoooo. My arm hurt so much afterwards.

but she's so wholesome and cuteeeee. Gave the challenge to the 8 groups that came, saw many many familiar faces omfg saw quite a few SGHS (my old peer support kid), and just other women in engineering that are aroundddd. YALLAH.

Then Danika and I packed up, swept the broken M&Ms under the tent covers and walked to Physics Lawn for lunch. talked to a few randoms and wiesoc people, helped with BBQ and ate some sausages miam miam.

Then wen to Ainsworth to help Nancy pack up and went home.

Was planning on going back out to the city for Lily's birthday but like idk was so depressed and ceebs so I called Amy instead and her, Eugene and Stephen were free to hang out so we went to Stonebowl. FIRST TIME AT STONEBOWL HEHEH it was pretty good!! We had wagyu beef, prawns with squid ink sauce, xiao long bao and chilli oil dumplings. After looking at the receipt it was surprisingly cheap for the quality omg. XIAO LONG BAO ONLY LIKE $11??? FOR 9 DUMPLINGS HELLO that is value right there.

then we went back to Amy's house, studied for a bit (I did not study i played guitar lmfao) then played overcooked for quite a while. ITS SOOOOOOOOOOO FUN OMG so so so fun HAHAHA.

drove home and got back in like less than half an hour cus im a speed demon 

Sunday

ANYWAY today woke up bright and early to go tutor Aidan, then picked Yiyi up at Cabramatta for her SURPRISE BIRTHDAY AT THE GROUNDS HEHEHEHE

she thought she was just going to lunch with me, Niina and Viv Tran but alas when we arrived there were some of her uni and cambodia friends waiting <3 <3 <3 IT WAS CUTE XDDDD

Ordered a shit tonne of food and cake and ate for ages then went to look at the animals. took some cute pics

went to the park nearby to chill for a bit before I had to leave for tutor round 2. Tutored Lily which was as always a wholesome time (we bonded over team members not doing anything), and then went home and watched a bit of the Madeleine Mccann doco, submitted a shit proposal for MMAN and now I'm catching up on what feels like a year of blogging.
