26th - Boxing Day

Went to Wetherill Park with the family to watch Wonder AGAIN and fk the reclining seats were so so so cool. Wonder still made me cry so much 2nd time around but not as much. 

Shopped for presents to put in the pass the parcel for Amy, Eugene, Stephen, Andrew and Mei's christmas party the next day. I gave up on finding little presents because the bargain stores had nothing so i decided to buy them all legit presents!! Found Amy a popcorn machine, Eugene a book, Stephen a game, Andrew a french calendar and Mei some lint roller refills because I got her a lint roller for kris kringle lmaoooo.

Shopping was so tiring but we had sushi train for lunch which was super yummy. Salmon Aburi is my fav its so goooooooooood

Went home and napped for 4 hours then I watched a 100000 episodes of the Crown whilst wrapping my huge pass the parcel. So many sheets of newspaper were required for each layer because I put Stephen's present in the very middle and it was the biggest.

27th - Lit Xmas Party

drove to Amy's house with my huge ass pass the parcel in tow. Got there and realised I had walked into baking HELL. Amy, Eugene and Mei were all working furiously to create a multi-layered cake AND gingerbread house smh. both turned out very good even though the cake tasted like playdough.

we played with Stephen's new VR console thing and it's so realistic and scary. There was this stranger things "experience" where you have to follow lights until the demogorgon jump scares you but I was too afraid to turn around so I just sat on the floor and cried. The bomb solving game was super hardddd but fun after you get used to solving the puzzles.

did pass the parcel and surprised them with their very tailored gifts HAHAHAH. We kept listening to Sia's very strange Christmas album (PUPPIES ARE FOREVER!!!) and I pretended to not want to play so I could control the music. I got Andrew a french phrase calendar because he keeps saying papillon, Eugene a book called Goldfinch because she likes reading c00l books, Mei some extra lint rollers, Amy a popcorn machine and a superman costume for Oscar wow what models

I got Stephen this new game for his VR console called Farpoint with a shooty shooty thing as well!! Turns out Amy and Stephen got me a Game of Thrones edition of Risk which is super cool it has pieces that have the houses' sigil on them and jsut asdfjalv

Then revealed our KKs and omg everyone was just so in the Christmas spirit. Stephen got me a Wonder Woman poster!!! GAL GADOT stab me with your sword at least I'll die looking at ~dem legs (not sure what my mum will say if I hang it up though lol). He also 3D printed me a model of Winterfell but it stuffed up halfway :( I revealed to Mei her lint roller and plushie from miniso but I was so stressed because beforehand she kept saying how she had didn't like kris kringles. BUT I THINK SHE LIKED IT HEHHE

Ate risotto for dinner on Mei's nicely decorated table. She put down so much tinsel randomly and then a string of beads across the whole table it was quite um unique.

Cut da cakes, took photos and then played One Night Ultimate Werewolf which was so funny. I was the Sear one round and fucked myself over cus I didn't realise I was the new minion. One round, Mei and I won as werewolf and minion only because Eugene's memory was so shit

Watched Star Wars The Force Awakens with Eugene and Amy cus they had never seen it before. Amy loved it but Eugene fell asleep because she was really tired :( We ate the popcorn that was freshly popped from Amy's new popcorn machine. Had a top sleep on the couch!!!

28th - Wrinkly Fingers

Made a yumm0 salmon, egg, capers and cream cheese toastie breakfast!! Watched Breaking Dawn with Eugene and Amy then picked up Andrew from Hurstville to go swimming at Homebush.

Hadn't been to Homebush swimming pool in so so so long (probs since I was 10 or smth) and it was weird to be back as an ADULT. Had to redeem my parking ticket and everything it was weird. Swimming was fun but we were lowkey disappointed because the pool was really shallow and we couldn't play on the bouncy floaty things. But we went down the big slide and went around the pool with the currents which was alright. Spa was so relaxing and after I went into the sauna I felt so cleansed. OOOH we also had piggy back races but whatever team andrew was on always won cus he was very powerful. Accidentally punched Eugene in the nose when I tried to splash water on the opposing team O_O 

Dropped them all off at various places then I went home and packed for Hunter Valley. Amy was about to come pick me up so I went to find Oreo (MY CAT WE NAMED IT OREO YES WE DID) to show her. Oreo was just outside on the street nearby so I called her and fed her some ham HEHEHE so cute.

23rd Dec

Went out for dinz with ma familia at Masuya. Food was pretty good but a bit exxy. Ranked them lol because I'm so bored watching Miss Congeniality rn.

 salmon aburi - can't fuck this up ugh so good

 kingfish aburi - had a good roasted flavour

eel and rice - a bit salty but still good

 agedashi tofu - sauce was so yummy but we ordered so much and I got sick of it lol

 veggie tempura - nothing special

 wagyu beef - DISAPPOINTING :( half of it was really tough

swordfish carpaccio - the sauce was so good but too weird for me

 sashimi ew - IT'S RAW

looked at Martin Place Xmas tree as well as the lights on St Mary's Cathedral.

CHRISTMAS EVE!!!

woke up at 6:20 to go see da figure 8 pools and I was so scared we were going to die cus the tides and bush fire/thunderstorm warnings. 

Was a sham because theres only 1 pool that was shaped like an 8 but was a good experience. Stephen picked us up from various stations, got maccas and water. Hike there was hella long, had to climb over rocks and shit. We were also expecting it to be a lot hotter than it was lol. I think I'm a bit sunburnt.

The water in the 8 pool was really murky compared to what it looks like on social media. Probs cus so many people swam in it during the day that all the dirt and moss was stirred up. I picked up lots of snails in the rock pools and put them on Stephen's shoulder for skin treatment. Amy and Eugene are so so petrified of slug looking things lmao I touched Eugene's shoulder with my FINGER and she jumped so hard. We tried to catch this tiny crab as well but it was too strong and quick it kept retreating when we got close. Threw lots of moss and there was this brown moss that looked like shit.

Pools were really nice temperature though would recommend. Lmao ran into my sis as well there. 

Walk back was super tiring at first with all the stairs but after a while it flattened out. It also started thunderstorming but it was still hot so the rain was nice on our skin. moped about how NONE OF THEM WOULD WATCH MOVIES WITH ME THAT I REALLY WANNA WATCH:

• STAR WARS I'm about to implode I cannot believe I haven't watched it and its been out for almost 2 weeks now
• CALL ME BY YOUR NAME advanced screenings were on the weekend but alas my friends are wenches

THE MORE TIME THAT GOES ON THE MORE SPOILERS I AM SEEING FOR THSOE TWO MOVIES FML

Ate way too much at Jang Ta Bal but all the food was so so so nice with the exception of this thicc pork steak that was really tough and dry. 

Trained home, took a 45 minute shower then napped. I'm so cranky these days like I hear children running around outside when I'm tryna nap and I have this urge to go out and yell at them. I woke up to the sound of screaming children and also my parents had returned from aldi with a brand new coffee machine!! Keen me decided to try it and fuck even though I'm on about 6 hours of sleep, its 4:35 am and I'm NOT FUCKING TIRED. 

Watched the Crown with my sis LOVE ITTTTTT but fuck Matt Smith's character omfg so selfish and childish. Was feeling lowkey fomo for not being at Amy's phamily xmas this year

Then when my sis got too tired I played Tetris with Selz and Amy Lim. Smashed them (obviously XD) then played online Cards Against Humanity which Amy was so good at

Woke up super late. Sis and I gave our parents their personalised calendar and they seemed to like it. Helped mum cook all day and we watched The Crown. Hung out with my little neighbours for a bit as well. 

Watched the Queen's Christmas address because now I feel like I just KNOW her. She is an actual person that has gone through shit.

DINNER WITH MANLY'S FAMILYYYYYY. After we ate all the food I showed Manly and Tian some videos from KO and Manly said he would totally go next time lol.

Thursday

woke up at Amy's house and we went to Paul's Famous Burgers (which I had never heard about lol not THAT famous). We got a burger each but they were so fucking huge so Kevin ate all the leftovers. Since I can't eat a lotta things, I think I missed out on the best burger experience but my cheeseburger was still very yummy. This was their famous burger:

Went back, resourced a tiny bit then finished watching Eclipse (6/10 movie btw not as bad as everyone says its is h8ers are my motiv8ers).

I went home, had dinner and watched the Crown. Forgot my charger at Amy's house so I did a bit of work before my mac ran outta batts. Played with the cat outside my house and fed it lotsa ham and it laid outside my house for hours whilst I was watching the Crown. I WANT IT OMFGGGGGGGG its so cute I die.

High School Group Reunion

Had MPH group reunion at Spice Alley. Was actually super fun lol I wasn't looking forward to it before because I was like ceebs so many people but it was actually fun. Also mini Ohana reunion and hadn't seen Lianne in years.

Shared pad see ew, roti canai, teh tahrik and mango sticky rice with Jizzica. It was super yummy and actually not that expensive except for the sticky rice. 

Everyone in our group is pretty much the same and even though we all haven't seen in other in a solid year and I don't think we have that much in common anymore we can still banter about stuff?? Idk its weird I felt like I was back in HS and could actually be myself. Still though everyone is such a grandma. Only a couple of us wanted to stay back and drink. I STOLE THE CAMELBAK BOTTLE FROM KYLIE AND SHE WAS LOWKEY SALTY (hehe) BUT NOT AS SALTY AS NELLIE WHEN SHARON STOLE HER MECCA BAG I WAS DYING

Went to Central Park to kill time with Tammy, Lulu, FD and Lucy and bought a few things at Daiso. Idk what we did for 2 hours?? Just talked and I did a bit of work. I showed them some hardstyle but not too doof doof songs and they liked. Weather was good too. 

Went to Se Jong with FD and Lulu on Castlereagh Street which was really good!!! They just opened so they had $10 soju and they gave us free bingsoo for dessert as well. Plus very generous with the side dishes and the servers are super nice. 

Got a lil lit then walked to Sanctuary which was just starting to get packed. Drank a couple of long islands, got super lit then smoked with Feng

Somehow got to Daniel Phu, Nat Dam and Tommy's group and then I shared the ciggie with them and I was worried Feng was awks but we were both lit so it was fine. They were all really surprised I was smoking. I met Feng's rave group too and they were super nice niceeee. Idk I remember a Michael, an Isaac, ALICIA'S BOYFRIEND!!!!!, Victor?? Idk. Bumped into Miriam who dropped a bit of a bomb lol. Had an awkward conversation with Nancy Dinh and then saw Whansae who is now doing secondary education at USYD!! oh also saw some WIE people. Amy and Stephen stopped by and shook their heads at me like disapproving parents whats new

Trained home with Lulu and Tammy and just wanted to dance lol. So much fomo cus everyone's going HTID but I'm overseas :( IT OK I'm super excited for Japan.

Woke up the day after KO with my entire body aching. I guess that's what happens when you stand for like 7 hours straight. Was so bored at home until Amy, Stephen and Eugene called me out to go bingsoo. 

Had good chats and was just really really content. We kept breaking the stupid fake candle thing lmao. We talked for a while and didn't want to leave bingsoo. Saw Jo and Khang and he mocked me about my sports bra again fml. At KO it took him legit 5 hours to realise I was wearing one cus he was so fucked. 

On the way back to the car, we saw like 3 cockroaches which caused Eugene and Amy to jump so hard that Eugene dropped her cheesecake. She opened the box in the car and it had crumbled into a million pieces. sad reacts

They had a standoff with me outside Amy's house because I wouldn't tell them a joke. It was a bad bad one though and I didn't wanna traumatise them. Sleep time zzzzzzzzz

Monday

Woke up at 9 am to buy Halsey tickets. YTBBB hit me up if you want to go I have 2 extra and they're all general admission :) Gotta start listening to Kehlani now since she's the support act lol

Stephen, Amy and I had lunch with some of Amy's ex students. It could've been a lot more awkward LOL but Daphne and Bruce talked so much that I didn't feel the pressure to say anything. Tried the famous burger from the Chatswood burger place that Amy and Stephen kept raving about and it was yummy but sickening. Its basically a normal beef burger but with the addition of a thicc mac n cheese croquette as well. Could feel the obesity with each bite I took.

Went to Project with Amy to plan out our schedule for resourcing. Fml we are so so so screwed because we have to finish at least 2 modules before the end of the year and its already the 19th. Then trained to Strathfield where Selina picked me up to go to State VSA EGM so we could support Amy Lim. We got to Cabra Library super late after we picked up Joanne but we still had time to hear the speeches and vote. She got it!!

Rushed to catch the train so I could eat dinner with my sis in Burwood. I was so annoyed because I wanted to eat with VSA peoples but she kept guilt tripping me like "I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS THE WHOLE DAY". MY sis is so clingy when it comes to food.

Had malatang for the first time and bruhhhh BRUHHH IT WAS SO YUMMY AND WORTH IT FOR ONLY $11.71 NO REGRETS. We went to this one in Burwood called Yang Guo Fu. You could choose whatever meat/veggies/fish balls you wanted and UGH just so so yummy. Next time I will get no spice because my head was sweating too much but besides that it was a gr8 meal.

Sis dropped me off at Strathfield then had bingsoo with VSA. We played ultimate werewolf as well which wasn't as fun as first time but probs because the swapping wasn't as intense and we had no
Khang. First time properly spending time with Winnie and Kieran.

Tuesday

I feel so lazy and don't want to resource but I need to treat it like a job. Omw now to WIESoc escape room which is so so ceebs but at least it will give me inspiration for the BESS one that I'm planning.  Not close to any of the WIESoc people except for Lizzie and kinda Lucy so zzzzzzzzzz not a fan of the small talk and no bants yenno.

On the train back from WIESoc atm. It was actually kinda fun!! Got attacked by a seagull on the way to the escape room lol no biggie. I was holding my $2 bbq cheeseburger when a swarm of seagulls like flew over me and one of them snatched it outta my hand fuck.

We did the Abandoned Military Bunker escape room at PaniQ which was kinda hard but we still made it on time because we asked for hints. I need to plan my BESS escape room asap since the escape room is still fresh in my mind. There was some awkward small talk when we first got there but once we got off the work/uni topics it was better.

Went to Pancakes on the Rocks afterwards for dinner which was extremely filling. Going to try get Arc to reimburse us for it though.

I wanted Blueberry Heaven so bad but it ended up being my least favourite out of all the pancakes we got (lemon meringue is the best holy fek). WIE people are all extremely friendly but idk if I'm bothered to put the effort in to get to know them better.

Lizzie and I split from the group after dinner and we just sat on a bench with a bomb view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House and smoked. I'm on like my 7th cigarette of my life atm and I still don't like it. I'm so shit at smoking them as well like I inhaled it into my lungs and had a coughing attack. Talked about life things and I just felt really at peace.
