tfw three days in a row of <6 hrs of sleep the weekly grind of fabulous weekend of tutoring

Subbed for the 7A class today o m g I feel like I'm such a depressed teacher like seriously everyone hates me. I have to sub for that class for 4 weeks tho :( I'm so not friendly compared to their normal teacher srs she's so nice.

Then had a 2 hour break where I just prepped for the next class.

Had my 2 year 5 classes. The first one went pretty bad. This kid accused me of always picking on him and I was like yes I am picking on you and I kept pressing him for the answer and he was like there's no point its just going to be wrong??

omg my 5B class was so fun tho they were all so attentive and I had 2 mins leftover so I helped this kid finish his Rubik's cube. This other kid kept bottle flipping tho and I told him to stop during class. At the end he asked me if I could bottle flip and I was like wtf no then he said "that's why you told me to stop. its because you're jealous you can't do it!!" and he was like try it then the whole class crowded around the table and I was like nah theres no way nek minnit I RELEASED THE BOTTLE FROM MY HAND AND IT LANDED PERFECTLY and all the kids were like YEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it was so funny.

now i am depressed because I have so many exams on top of the classes I have to prep for next week such RIP.

Alex is so bloody annoying. I forgot the bachelor was on tonight and I turned on the fucking TV to see Alex devouring Richie like literally eating him. no warning i am now traumatised.

Olena is such a beautiful cryer. Plus she is only 23 she needs to like get out and find a real man. Richie is getting on my nerves.

Bought some curry for lunch at Matthew with Joyce, Lianne and Feng. Then went to study at lib for a bit. Went to biom tute which was the biggest waste of my time. Then took train with Rachel to Hurstville and went to Amy's house to tutor Kevin. Slept till 11 today lol. Lost my pants at her house wtf.

I don't want to reread over my old blog posts because I want what I said in them to be a surprise to my older self HAHAHA. 

Woke up hella early for my 9am BIOM1010 lecture which Phuc and Niina don't even go to anymore omg so tragic. It was about Ethics in Biomedical Engineering and ughghghghghgh it's not even something you need to learn its so self explanatory. Main points were ethics is based on your personal beliefs, if you do something unethical you usually can't go to jail for it it just means you're a shitty person, don't copy people's shit, don't release your product unless you've done trials etc. I tried to do my COMP lab5 (tic tac toe) during the lecture but I was getting so stuck ARRAYS ARE SO FUCKING CONFUSING I was getting nowhere -.- I gave up and started doing maths hw cus I have a calculus test tomorrow!! It's 90% 4U tho so I'll be fine. Nek minnit 9 will be devs. Yes I know that sounds dumb but its maths it not that hard to get 10.

Then had a break and guess where we went

I ordered the buttermilk pancakes. They weren't amazing. The Usual Cafe does it better. Feng said she was on a Whitehouse ban but after some peer pressure she got a chicken burger. Lulu and Joyce wanted to try something new so went for the beef burger. lmao thats a joke. Just chilled for a bit and went to library to attempt to do some more of my comp lab but got nowhere again ugh.

Went to comp lecture with Phuc he was online shopping and I as still working on my lab so really we shouldn't have gone. HAHAHA my lecturer makes 0 sense and most of the time I'm just too slow. 

went to lab and struggled like a bitch. sat next to this girl today and we were both clueless HAHAHA. tragic. My tutor tried to work out what was wrong for 10 mins and eventually he did then I tried a diff case and it stuffed up again so i gave up ADFVKJADKFJ. now I have an unfinished lab I have to do sometime in the next week fml. THERES THIS REALLY FUNNY GUY IN MY TUTE THO HAHAHA he was talking to his friends like "hmm I wonder if I can go if I've finished" and he was right across from me so I was like "yeh I think you can"

then he looked me dead in the eye and said, "I trust you."

AND IT WAS SO FUNNY BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WAS KINDA SCARED. 

 took train home with Lulu and Jessica and tried to do some maths. 

I finished Stranger Things yesterday. Look me literally less than 24 hours to finish it. I thought it was amazing and wow the child actors are so good. But I said in my previous post the CGI just kills it for me.

Stranger Things

I finally found the courage to watch Stranger Things. Feng recommended it a while ago and I tried to watch it but the first scene literally has the most tense music ever and I can't deal with jump scares. It's fucking amazing. The only thing that annoys me is how shitty the CGI is like pls fix and then it will actually be the best thing evar. So mysteriousssssssssssss idk what is happening. I'm up to ep 4 now. OMG THAT MAKEOVER SCENE HAHAHAHAHAHA WTF. omg typical american students reading heart of darkness. oh wait we did that too. not going to forget that shitty book anytime soon.

Pubwalking

Last minute decided to go to engo pubcrawl last night with Feng. Met Aditya who is very nice and indian. Feng that nong didn't bring her passport so she went back home to get it HAHAHHAAH

We went to Scary Canary first and it was so crowded and bleurgh. The free drink was a jar of their signature vodka + blue curacao + sprite thing that was nice but had so less alcohol in it. Mostly hung around SGHS people until Feng came back. Stephanie Chan is so bubbly like I've literally never met anyone as bubbly as her omg shes so funny.

Then Feng arrived and we went to Three Wise Monkeys but the organisation fucked up so we met up with Aditya and went on to Scruffys. We had to wait in line for so long and at this point we were not buzzed at all. Phuc handcuffed me to some random dude but I was so sober so I just undid them...

Eventually got into Scruffys, they were handing out these bourbon + red bull drinks. Nina/Brenda's group were so turnt omfg they had drinks and shit but they were so gone so I kinda drank the whole thing whenever they offered. 

Literally so sober at this point so Feng, Aditya and I went to Star Bar to have some cheap drinks. We bought jugs of Sangria/Mojito idk I had a lot and like I was feeling so sick + drunk at one point. But guess my terminator liver processed that shit so quickly I was back to feeling sober in like 20 minutes.

Went back to Scruffys and kinda hung around the outside for a bit. Feng said hi to lots of Sydney Boys HAHAHA. Then my dad called me and was like where the fuck are you I need to sleep soon. Then my mum took the phone and I was like "omg my friends are still partying" which was a big mistake because she started screaming at me "DID YOU FRIENDS SLEEPOVER AT AMY'S HOUSE YESTERDAY?!?!!?! DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS" blah blah you know how parents are.

So I went back home all sad :(

And that was my night last night.

Woke up and didn't do anything. Now it is 9pm and I have 4 classes worth of homework to mark plus 2 tests to make plus 2 classes to prepare. HAHAHAH i love my life.

So last WEDNESDAY was Joyce's birthday wow shes 19 what a grandma.

To celebrate, we went to eat some dinner at Macchiato which was so yummy. The pizzas were gr8 and the pastas were good but really small portion size :( Our waiter was kool and poured our waters so expertly. Had some light drinks and this lychee one was particularly nice. Mei is so lightweight she started getting really drunk after like one drink.

Had fun with some fucking creepy snapchat filters

Then we went to karaoke and Joyce's sister is so cool she was like why don't I buy some vodka for you all. We had to smuggle it inside the karaoke place and the guards had too much trust in us so they didn't check our bags. Drank some vodka, nothing crazy because I still remember everything that night unfortunately.

Idk what else happened last week. I subbed for two classes for this tutor who is like so experienced and I'm kinda intimidated by. BUT LOOK AT THE PILE OF HWK I HAVE TO MARK THIS WEEK LITERALLY FML (in addition to my year 5 class stuff which is not shown T_T)

Tutoring is getting more bearable. The year 5s are listening to me HAHAHAH its all good I feel a lot less stressed these days its just something I have to do rather than something I dread every week. Its still not enjoyable though.

Sorry my life is so boring

Didn't do much today. Just tutoring blah blah. I actually quite enjoy teaching my 9C class (more like I don't want to kill myself every time) but they are so animated. I taught them how to store answers in the calculator today and they were so amazed. Also gave them a challenge question and lol they tried so hard!

Went to lunch with fam at cabra and what do you know Lulu and Heidi come walking in like wtf. Heidi is so grown up now.

1:15am still have no finished work for the year 5s tomorrow. gOING TO WAKE UP EARLY TMR TO DO IT i am master of procrastination. WEDNESDAY

Uni - blah blah same same 

Went to MMAN tute - my tutors are ok. I don't like one of them tho. Went to maths tute. I have another fob honestly so many fobs but no hate shes really nice and quite good. Skipped lecture to hang with Joyce, Lianne and Feng. I got a HSP and now and even fatter. 

Then went to Kevin's house for some good ol tutoring. LOVE CHEM!! Watched Bachelor with Amy (ep was kinda boring it was Bindi's chair in the sky date meh) and also watched some eps from the American Bachelor Prince Farming season. Also I wanted to rewatch Sam Frost's season but Amy would not let me.

We also finished off making the Oreo Cheesecake that she and Stephen started in the daytime. It was pretty yummy except Amy put 4 times the amount of sugar in the icing. Good one.

Sleep sleep 

THURSDAY

Went to uni and lol met up with FD who conveniently arrived at Central the same time we did. This photo of Richie is so heavily photoshopped wtf. 

HAD SQUAD TIMES!!! It was Feng, Joyce, Lianne, Amy, Stephen, FD and I. 7 THE PERFECT SQUAD NUMBER. 6 GIRLS AND 1 GUY BUT WHATEVER.

We walked around and looked at Foundation Day stuff but FD had to go meet Victor and Amy, Feng and Stephen had class so the rest of us just tried to go on rides and win shit. Joyce and I went on the jumping castle but the guy was like you should take your socks off but you don't have to and both of us were like "nah ceebs"

nek minnit we get over the first hump of the jumping castle and theres a huge puddle so we ended up with really soggy socks it was nasty.

I won a token by grabbing a fucking duck out of the water with a stick. You're supposed to hand in 3 tokens to get a prize and it was really awks because I didn't know that so I handed my 1 token to the guy and he was like uh you need 3... but luckily my cousin was there and she saved me and gave me 2 of these giant sherbet sticks.

Went home and basically did nothing the whole night.

TODAY

Prepped for 4u class - omg so tragic I'm really worried for them for trials because they are still rusty on some of the basics and idk what to do its too close to trials to be this unprepared.

10:46 pm now need to mark homework and prep for tomorrow's morning classes this procrastination is really next level.

Tried to do the maple tute for first algebra tute and failed miserably. I got stuck on the first question rip.

Thoughts about Suicide Squad coming right up. If you are allergic to spoilers please read something else.

1. Tragic Slipknot only in the movie for 5 minutes.

2. Deadshot was a badass
All the backstories seemed rushed except for Deadshot's one. He and Harley Quinn were the only two people I really cared about. I've been watching random interviews and apparently the director always said really crazy shit to the actors just before their scene so they would act better. In the scene where Deadshot gets the letters from his daughter, apparently the director told him to imagine someone chucked a foetus on the table? Also Will Smith is so cool.  THIS SCENE OMG SO BADASS.

2. Harley Quinn please have a solo movie
Like come on I would pay for that shit. I want to learn more about her backstory as the psychiatrist and her relo with the Joker and stufffffff. Stephen said in the comics they're not actually in love and its more like Joker manipulates her to do whatever he wants. but still cool. Some of her jokes fall flat but at the same time that's ok because she's so fucking weird so I feel like IRL everyone would just stand in silence awkwardly anyway... So happy for Margot Robbie like damn she's so famous now. I can imagine one of those videos that are like actors before they were famous: Donna from Neighbours.

4. Enchantress
I think everyone thought Cara was going to be part of the squad but apparently not and I feel like they could've done so much better with Enchantress as the villain. I could not take her stupid sidekick brother seriously he was just a random walking piece of metal whereas she was all swampy and shit. And omg when the costume change happened I just lost it.

And honestly WTF WAS WITH HER GYRATING DANCING AND SUMMONING THE TOGETHER THE RUBBISH IN THE SKY??!?! it reminded me of this scene in Avatar which was supposed to be really tense and emotional but ended up looking so dumb 

I think the awkwardness kind of boils down to Cara's not so great acting but also wtf was the director thinking?

5. So holey like cheese

There were so many plot holes and I was just generally confused throughout most of the movie. I had no idea why they needed to go to the top of the building, idk how the trash in the sky was going to destroy the world, idk why Cara twisted the head off the little doll like that (who does that), idk why Jared Leto had to laugh like that, idk anything the crocodile dude said. 

6. Squad dynamics
I wanted to see more interaction between the squad members. Like the bar scene was so good I wanted more of that instead of walking around shooting things. Even though that is good too. There was no sense of comradery between the members (besides maybe Harley and Deadshot). THEY COULD'VE DONE SO MUCH BETTER WITH THE ACTORS THEY HAD.

7. Jared Leto?
Not so ecstatic about Jared Leto's Joker. Everything seemed so forced and almost too try hard. He was so fucked up as well, apparently he stayed in character the whole time he was filming and he sent co-stars "gifts" including used condoms, rats, sex toys and one lucky person got cupcakes lmao.

Slept at 2 last night because I was doing COMP work lol I was so awake.

Woke up at 7 today for uni ughghghghgh. Had biomed lecture and walked in late. I hate walking in late everybody looking at u while u scramble to find a seat. Sat behind Rach F and Felicity :) Couldn't find Phuc because he didnt fucking wake up lol but nina was thereee

We walked down to the Alumni Lawn and donated dollar coin to MATSOC to get free BBQ. Saw the squad that I wasn't part of

and sat with Feng and Joyce da fam. We consumed our sausages (lol) and then went to the whitehouse for lunch. Feng pointed out that everyone was white. Feng had chicken burger, Joyce had beef burger and I had chicken schnitzel. Everything was yum.

This man was watching Breaking Dawn Part 1 on the train and I watched with him!! Jk i mostly just tried to unsuspiciously look over his shoulder. He was up to the Bella coming back to life as a vampire scene. 

I want to read Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. I think I will read it soon. But at the same time I have to watch my math lecture. decisions decisions.
