stole the title from Tahnee but yeet Friday was the best day of the Cambodia trip so far!!
In the morning, we all wore our matching pink scrubs for our second hospital visit. Had some rice with pork and omelette again but from a street vendor today (not cafeteria!!).
We had to clean out this room in the hospital that had been untouched for fkn forever... they didn’t even have the key for the lock and had to lockpick it. Anyway, everything was covered in legit a centimetre of dust was fkn disgusting. Spiders everywhere and cobwebs ahhsshsjaja
Viv, Stephen, Yiyi and I cleaned up a ventilator and turned it on to see if it worked but it wasnt showing an oxygen reading meaning the oxygen sensor was probably broken. We opened it up to see some green shit on the sensor do it probably corroded. Our homestay guy and resident biomedical engineer said it was going to be too expensive to replace so we just put the machine back together and went to lunchyy
Lunch was like $4 and we had some yummo beef stir fry with rice. Our bus also stopped to buy some fried bananas on the way to lunch
Then back to hospital and we cleaned a torture device. It had shoes strapped to it and it was supposed to help people stretch their muscles.
Then started beating these rugs to get the dirt out and some random local lady started helping me HAHAHAH. Took the coach back to uni after we were done then Phanna drove us home.
Had dinz at homestay and some soju then headed to myeyes homestay to get lit with the rest of them. Had much much soju whilst watching infinity war and then went to the gay bar that our language teacher was doing his drag show at.
Arrived there and got another two long islands then I was lit AS FUCK. Had the best time ever that night and omg i kept saying all the drag queens were beautiful!!!!!! HAHAHHA my snap story that night was so bad ffs deleted everything afterwards but ya yeet it was so so so fun and almost cried when the chick lipsang never enough. Also when our cambodian teacher came on we all went craYYyyy. Jumped on the stage afterwards to dance with him and ahhh it was just so fun
