Tutored my Year 9s today. Surds are such a breeze for them. There's so little effort required for me to teach that class cus NONE OF THEM TALK TO EACH OTHER?? FUCK need to start marking earlier next week.
Went to Yum Cha with the fam then walked around Cabra and helped them grocery shop. I accidentally bought the sugar free cheerios and they taste like shit :( I go Cabra a lot but everytime I'm there I think to myself ... fuck there are so many asians.
Went home and napped for like 3 hours...
Had a skype call to organise WIE stuff UGH SO MANY HYPE POSTS TO MAKE and since 8:30 I've been in my room doing absolutely jackshit?? HOW CAN I STAY ON MY LAPTOP FOR SO LONG DOING NOTHING PRODUCTIVE HAHAHAHAH ITS BEEN 6 HOURS.
Crap I'm so hungry now.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (mild spoilers)

I have been waiting to watch this for the longest timeeeeeeeeee because no one (except maybe Stephen) watches Star Wars!! I mean I'm not a huge fan but I grew up with the shitty Hayden Christensen ones and used to make cardboard lightsabers and fight my cousins with them. Tbh I probably still have that thing somewhere in my garage. For Christmas I wanted the legit extendable lightsaber that would light up and make sounds but my ass parents never got it for me. I honestly wanted to be a Jedi so bad.
But yes did not enjoy the 2000s ones (episodes 1-3) when I rewatched them cus they're so shit. Also didn't love the old ones (episodes 4-6) but I can appreciate them? I really liked Force Awakens though so was excited for something with a similar feel to that.
I was kind of disappointed :(
So much fighting and not enough character development...it's been one day and I can't even remember what happened in the movie besides the last 20 minutes. It felt like a 2 hour fight?
Forest Whitaker annoyed the fuck outta me what was his deal like I did not care when *spoiler* that thing happens to him. Even Felicity annoyed me sometimes like I know it has to be under a certain time limit and they don't have enough time to delve properly into all their backstories but I feel like there was only half a movie here.

HAHAHAH I WAS WATCHING THIS GIF AND REALISED THAT THE STICK DOESN'T EVEN TOUCH THE STORMTROOPER
Also it turned hella dramatic towards the end with Darth Vader emerging from the fog to kill all those funny hatted soldiers HAAHAHAHAHA plus there were some REALLY cheesy moments. I got sucked in in the last 30 minutes though cus fuck the stakes were high.
Spazzed out when I saw Princess Leia and was so mind-blown that they somehow managed to reverse age Carrie Fisher... then in the credits it said it was a completely different person so my excitement died.
